Back Up and Reliability

The Brio BenefitPlan Manager is backed up every night through an automated system and the tapes are stored off-site. The web servers and database servers are supported by battery power and independent electric generators that engage in the event of a power failure.

Access

The Brio BenefitPlan Manager requires three layers of authentication (group name, user name and password) that must be provided in order to gain access to the site. The group names, user names and passwords are isolated from the Internet in an encrypted database. Optional IP recognition is available for Administrator Access and View Only Access.
