In 2004 Brio launched on the idea of getting away from the traditional broker model. After years in the insurance industry our founders realized that the model simply wasn't working. A reactive process to benefits was leaving too many executives and HR teams frustrated and unhappy with renewals and benefits year after year. On top of all the work these people were doing employees were rarely being educated to appreciate the benefits they were offered.
This is where Brio strives to help. Paperless processes, industry leading technology, and an emphasis on educating employees to understand the incredible benefits their employers provide. On top of all this we are always ahead of the curve, no matter what time of year.
